7 days before setup: You may cancel for a partial deposit refund of 25% (i.e., 25% of the deposit back) or a 100% credit of the deposit toward a future booking within 6 months. Any balance paid beyond the deposit is refunded, less any special-order costs already incurred.
3–6 days before setup: Deposit is forfeited.
< 48 hours before setup or no access on arrival: Deposit forfeited and 100% of remaining balance is due, as labor/slots cannot be rebooked and materials are prepared.
